The LIFT UP program enables final-year university students to carry out industry-focused undergraduate graduation projects within TUSAŞ, covering the company's fields of activity. The LIFT UP Industry-Focused Undergraduate Graduation Projects Program—which has seen a steady increase in both the number of topics and applications—has begun accepting applications for the 2026–2027 term via the LIFT UP website (https://liftup.tai.com.tr). Having launched in the 2020–2021 term with 80 topics, 15 universities, and 100 students, the LIFT UP program expanded to encompass 359 topics, 76 universities, and 1,175 students by the 2025–2026 term. With its budget support increasing year by year, the program plans to provide funding between 50,000 TL and 200,000 TL for the 2026–2027 term, depending on specific project requirements. The program offers students the opportunity to work on aviation-related challenges—based on topics proposed by TUSAŞ product groups—while conducting their graduation projects under the guidance of expert engineers (Industry Advisors) and academic advisors.
